Return
Return packages must be sent directly to our warehouse address, as we are unable to collect them from a parcel shop.
You have a 14-day right of return on all goods, and the 14 days apply from the day you receive the package. The parcel must be delivered to a parcel shop within this period. Please return the item in its original condition with all packaging included and return the package in the same shipping bag it was delivered in. We endeavor to process all returns within 10 working days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive an email when the order has been processed.
Please complete this return slip and enclose it in your return package and we will refund your money or exchange for another item once we have received the return package. If the return slip is not attached, we unfortunately cannot process your return package.

(The parcel must not be sent with DAOHOME as they deliver to parcel shops. We are a business company and cannot receive parcels there).
You must cover the return costs yourself. The shipping you have paid to have your order delivered will of course be refunded if the entire order is returned. If only parts of the order are returned, the delivery costs will not be refunded and you will have to cover the return costs yourself. Sac De Rêve cannot be held responsible or compensate for packages lost during return shipping, so remember to keep your postal receipt.
If you return part of your order and the remaining order falls below the DKK 599 limit for free shipping, DKK 34 for shipping will be deducted when your order is refunded.
You can return a package if:
- The goods appear brand new.
- There is no make-up, perfume, sweat or smell of smoke, or other conditions that can reduce the value of the item.
- All items are sent back in original packaging, with original tags and hangtags.
- The return period of 14 days has not been exceeded.
Complaint:
If you have received an item that you wish to advertise, you have 14 days from receipt to do so. We need your order number and a brief description of the problem. Please send an email to: Contact @ sacdereve.com
There is a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with current legislation.
